Smell: delicate and fine, with a range of aromas reminiscent of exotic fruit, mainly pineapple, mango and papaya, almond, lime, wisteria flower, iris and acacia, which intertwine with delicious nuances of Mediterranean herbs.

Palate: freshness is the trump card of this wine which, combined with the good concentration of the fruit, makes it very pleasant and easy to drink, tasty and lively; excellent closure, with a finish that recalls almonds and marine saltiness

Food-Wine Pairings: Perfect if paired with lightly smoked fish, shellfish, anchovies and pasta dishes, even baked. Excellent on tuna salad, aubergine rolls and stuffed mussels
