Smell: fine and complex aromatic framework, where elegant nuances reminiscent of medlar, orange, pineapple, mango, orange blossom flowers, elderberry and linden interact, alternating with scents of lavender, thyme, ginger and flint.

Palate: it proceeds soft and gentle, relaxing and opening up with serene authority, strong in its important texture and a very pleasant and vibrant acidity; persistent beyond words, it re-proposes on the palate the important aromatic kaleidoscope that accompanies it.

Food-Wine Pairings: Extraordinary companion to fish-based dishes of a certain fatness and in any case ideal for any gastronomic idea conceived by the sea.
