Refinement:
Once the malolactic fermentation has taken place, the wine ages for about 6 months in steel vats.
This is followed by aging in barriques for at least another 3 months.

Color: Dense and deep ruby ​​with lively purplish traces

Smell: it presents itself with concentrated and well-defined nuances of cherry, berries, rhubarb, cloves, aromatic herbs and plum, which alternate and intersect with fascinating hints of licorice, ink and tobacco leaves.

Palate: suave, soft and caressing, it displays its great personality with a strongly Mediterranean imprint, combining with admirable harmony a powerful and exuberant texture, extraordinary gustatory vivacity, velvety tannins of rare nobility.
