Vitighi and Grapes: Zibibbo 100%
Vinification: The grapes are harvested manually during the full ripening phase and left to dry in the sun for a week.
After a soft pressing, the must obtained is sweetened with concentrated must of the same grapes and enriched with alcohol until it reaches 16 degrees.
Primary Refinement: Six months in Slavonian barrels
Secondary Refinement: At least four months in the bottle
Alcohol content: 16% Vol.
Color: Intense golden yellow with honeyed reflections

Smell: splendid protagonists are the fragrances of candied orange, dates and dried figs. The bouquet is fine and elaborate, with heady nuances of sage and lemongrass.
Palate: aristocratic freshness that advances on a soft and ambitious palate. Intense and pleasant fruit with an incisive and delicate taste, sweet like the sun that caresses the native island. Savory notes in the finish remind us that it is the son of the Mediterranean Sea.
Food-Wine Pairings: At the end of the meal with Sicilian Cassata, almond paste or nougat; also excellent to accompany blue cheeses
